Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue screen

Hi there im using a dell inspiron 3501 PC. I always get the blue screen error and it is stucked for a longer time. What may be the reason for this?. And all my drivers are up to date. And also one thing that i noticed is that it does not build until 100%. At 0% it gets booted after a long time. How to fix this :
