Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen

Its says Choose an Option: Troubleshoot or Turn off your PC so I click Troubleshoot then says Startup Repair, UEFI Firmware Settings, Command Prompt, System Restore, Uninstall Updates or System Image Recovery. What do I do to fix it?
