Windows 10: Windows 10 bluetooth keeps dropping, affecting mouse

I have a brand new Logitech MX Anywhere 3s mouse. Currently am using a Dell Precision 7760 workstation laptop with Windows 10. For what its worth, this laptop has had a motherboard replacement 2 times since owning it since May 2022.For whatever reason, this mouse does not want to work with my Windows workstation, but works no problem via bluetooth with my Mac, and with another windows 10 PC. No issues whatsoever.Initially, the issue i was having with my bluetooth device, was the laptop would just not want to connect to it at all. It would fail and say to try again. MSFT Bluetooth Designer Mouse keeps dropping connection

I just bought a Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Mouse and connected it to a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series running Windows 10.

The mouse connected fine but then drops the connection randomly and I must reboot to reconnect.

Any suggestions?

 

Bluetooth in windows 10

My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision

 

Updated WIN10 drops MS Bluetooth mouse connectivity

After a recent automatic update of WIN 10 Pro my Toshiba KIRA notebook keeps "dropping" the connection to my MS Bluetooth mouse whenever either the mouse or the notebook sleeps. I have to go to Settings, Bluetooth, unpair mouse, press the connect button
on the mouse, then re-pair every time. Very annoying. I've tried all of the settings, but cannot find a way to fix this.

Any suggestions?
