Windows 10: Windows 10 boot bcd error 0xc00000f

yesterday when i boot my laptop the device showed me a Recovery message without any option and the only method i found is using recovery tools and it's impossible to me because i don't have an usb contains windows 10 or other computer to install a new windows version on usb so what i can do

Looks like I messed up very bad.

While playing a game my computer got crashed and then I checked some youtube tutorials to fix the same and end up on "efi microsoft boot bcd 0xc00000f" error. Then I didn't get any solution so I decided to format my computer, so I install Windows 10 USB
drive and followed the steps and format both the hard drive and install the windows on Disk 0. After 75-80% of the installation I got the same error again "efi microsoft boot bcd 0xc00000f" and now I don't know what needs to do.

I'm not even able to install new windows.

Can someone please help/guide me on how to fix this.

Plis help, i browsed interned and i tried many solosions but nowebody worked for me and i need me pc back because i need it for school work

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?
• Are you able to boot the device to desktop with this error message?

This issue might have occurred due to corruption in the boot files or BOIS unable to detect your drive to boot.
