Windows 10: Windows 10 boot failing after fresh installation

So i saw a boot menu that said

Choose an operating system

[Windows 10 volume 2]

[Windows 10 volume 2]

and chose the first one after installing windows and its just stuck with this screen made in ms paint from my other computer



Should i choose the second option? Or is it doing something with a yelllow, flashing light on my case?

Fresh USB Windows 10 Install - Failing

I am trying to install a fresh copy (reformatted the hard disk) of windows 10 using a USB

• Created an installation media on a USB flash drive (Win 10 pro) from this page Download Windows 10
• Changed the boot order on the other PC so that it boots using USB
• Selected custom install
• Installing Windows goes through the following steps successfully: Copying Windows Files, Getting Files ready for installation, Installing features, Installing updates and before the last step (Finishing up), it restarts
• Then it goes back to the start of the installation steps

I am stuck and have read numerous posts but don't know what to do to install a fresh copy of Win 10.

 

Is it time for Windows 10 already?

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.
