Windows 10: Windows 10 Boot issue after update

I’m having an issue with windows, ContextAround a year ago I bought a new NVME drive as my old one was too small , cloned my current version of windows onto the new drive, increased the partition size and began booting from the new drive.in the process of doing this i deleted the cloned healthy recovery partition to make room on the new drive to expand the cloned windows partition as the healthy recovery partition was ‘in the way’ of the empty storage, and at the time I assumed I’d be able to get windows to make a new one. So for the last year or so ive been using windows on the new

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

i cant say for sure what might be causing problems for those who are experiencing issues, but I figured it couldnt hurt to point this out to those who might not be aware of it, it is ONLY effecting Insider program members. as far as M$ has announced.
