Windows 10: Windows 10 Boot Loop

I recently acquired an HP Z400 workstation off of marketplace with the intent of slowly building it into a gaming pc I am not the wealthiest so I wanted something that can suffice until I can upgrade. No modifications were made to the pc prior to purchase.Specs:Nvidia GTX 1050 2GBIntel Xeon CPU came with pcI downloaded the Windows update on July 6th 2021 and once it restarted I was greeted by an "activate windows" text on the bottom right hand of my screen. I tried opening tabs but the internet was being selective and only working on select apps, Netflix being one of them. I did the basic

Windows 10 Factory Reset Infinite Boot Loop

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.
