Windows 10: Windows 10 boot up

Discus and support Windows 10 boot up in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I'm running 10 pro but it will not boot up it keeps going back to the boot menu app menu but I'm not sure why ???...
