Windows 10: Windows 10 Bootup Black screen

Hello, every time I Bootup the computer it loads then show me black screen and when I press ctrl + alt + del it does nothing and when I press restart on the case it doesn't work so I have to hold the power button. And it works. Any help pls. Note: I have installed the last update.

The issue could occur if display adapter driver is corrupt.

To assist you better, please provide us the below information:

• Is the black screen issue occurring when you logged in to the computer?
• Are you getting any error message?

I suggest you to keep your computer connected to the internet while running the online DISM command as suggested by
Mayank Gupta10 in the previous post.

Also I recommend you to try to install the latest version of display driver from the website of computer's manufacturer and check if it helps.
