    windows 10 bought on line @microsoft in2022 tried to download installation was told letter...


    bought windows 10 on line several years ago tried to download installation. when prod.key was entered-the one I got from microsoft-still have on my phone-was told the the letter N is never a part of the prod. key for the product. Have never been able to resolve and paid $147 for it and can't load it
