Windows 10 BSOD: critical process stopped

    Hi everyone,

I have a BSOD, critical process stopped, it happened a few weeks ago, I think after Windows Update, updated my video drivers or Microsoft Office 2013 those were the only things that updates on that day. After that it started to crash usually 30 mins after boot and mostly random after that.

    Things I've tried:

    sfc /scannow
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    Check Memory
    Update all Drivers
    Update Windows
    Clean and Uninstall Video Drivers/Re-Install
Can't Restore / No Restore Points

For some reason the Dump Collector won't save to Desktop, so I had to copy and paste it manually.

  3. BSOD - Help

On windows 10 machine, got the BSOD - I can't restart in safe mode. I've run the automatic repair process - which resulted in the BSOD....but did end up with a critical process died error.

The first time I got the BSOD the error message referenced MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

    Any ideas how to proceed?

Run this command in an admin command prompt, all files that are created are created on the desktop. Zip these files and upload the zip.

Copy/pasting the output of the dump, as it currently is done, makes it unreadable for everyone *Sad

Don't see how this helps, Dump points to kernel corruption caused by a driver or to that affect.

Windows 10 BSOD: critical process stopped

Why do you blackout so much information?

    axe0, Mar 9, 2017

Because its private and irrelevant to the problem. Are you going to snoop or help? There is more than enough information in the zip file than you need.

I need to confirm that your Windows is genuinely activated, I cannot do that when you blackout all information.
This is relevant, because we don't provide support when any kind of piracy is active on the system. See forum rule #2
Forum Rules - Windows 10 Help Forums

What makes you think there is more information in the zip than needed?

  11. 82BKM Win User
Its rule #4, and that information is private. I thought it was a community that helps people and likes a challenge. I didn't break any rules. I guess I'll have to figure it out myself.

There is evidence of a crack that may cause an activation that is only genuine with a valid KMS server, the information you blacked out is required to confirm if the crack is used for illegally activating Windows.

You forget that every community has rules, most communities that are like this one will handle similar rules in regards to piracy.
