Windows 10: Windows 10 BSOD, Stop code: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

My step son has a 1 week old Thinkpad L15 laptop and have received serveral of the BSOD blue screens. I've read the posts about this message and am ready to upload the minidump file. It currently resides on the onedrive under documents. The only apps that have been installed include Firefox and Norton 360. If I need to send the file for analysis, let me know. Thanks.

BSOD Windows 10 Stop Code: System Service Exception

We understand your concern as you are getting a Blue screen of death with System Service Exception stop code error. Thank you for the Mini dump file provided in the post, we analyzed and found ntkrnlmp.exe is an executable file associated with Windows
Operating System. When Windows OS starts running in your computer, the programs that contain ntkrnlmp.exe will be executed and loaded into RAM and runs there as a NT Kernel & System process.



In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• Are you aware of any changes, prior to this issue?

BSOD Error code: System Service Exception

Hello,

I've recently had a BSOD with the System_Service_Exception stop code.

I've since run a MalwareBytes scan to check for viruses or malware (nothing found) and used the System File Checker tool in PowerShell as well (no discrepancies there either).

I've attached the minidump and system information files here as well. Here are the links:
