Windows 10: Windows 10 BSOD when Global protect is activated

Hello I'm experiencing Windows 10 BSOD with a lenovo P51. It's happening immediately after activating Global protect . I checked it's the last version of Global protect installed on the machine. The Lenovo system update was also run and it's up to date. I was having VMware with virtual ethernet interfaces but since two days VMware is removed and the related virtual interfaces too. I proceed to a ccleaner including registry cleaning and windows 10 was also properly reboot but still BSOD each time I need Global Protect. can you help and let me know how to share minidump files? Regards

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?

 

Windows 10 Wont Activate after upgrade

“0xC004C003 or 0Xc004F050” request you to wait for 24 hours and Windows 10 should activate automatically without any issue on your machine.”

As a work around I suggest you follow the below steps to activate a couple of activation issues.

• 
  Push the start button
  
• 
  Type Settings
  
• 
  Navigate to Update and Security
  
• 
  Click on Activation
