Windows 10: Windows 10 BSOD when Shutting Down laptop

After upgrading my ssd drive from a 256gb ssd to a new 512gb ssd on my HP 250 G6 Notebook and cloning windows and files I now get a BSOD every time I shut off the laptop. The error code is SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.By looking on the Windows logs I found this kind of error after turning on the pc the next time:"The computer was restarted by an error check. sounds like some app or device not unloading cleanly

none of your suggestions are relevant if thats true

open blue screen view and look at the top 5 or 10 entries that should give you a idea on what device is mis-behaving
