Windows 10: Windows 10 BSOD with 0xc000021a error, boots only in Disable Driver Signature Enforcement

Hello! I have the following problem:I can boot only in disable driver signature enforcment mode. I've tried all other options that I found in an online search, explicitly: sfc scan - did not workstartup repair - couldn't repair my PC, Logfiles under C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txtuninstall updates - wasn't permittedEverytime I try these options I run into a 0xc000021a Startup Error. To resolve this issue, let's use the command prompt to disable driver signature enforcement permanently on your computer. To disable, follow the steps below:

• Click the Start button.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt and then right-click
  Command Prompt in the results.
• Select Run as Administrator, and then select Yes.
• On the command prompt, enter bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on and press
  Enter.
• Restart your computer.

Note: Doing this step will disable driver signature enforcement permanently and will make your computer vulnerable to driver issues.

0xc000021a blue screen, but can boot in disable driver signature enforcement (F7). Which driver(s) should I make changes on?

I am having a similar issue as described in 0xc000021a bsod but can boot in disable driver signature enforcement - Microsoft Community.

Windows 10 Home only boots in Disable Driver Signature Enforcement and shows error 0xc000021a otherwise

This happened yesterday morning when I initially turned on my laptop, the laptop would just not boot windows and only throw me into a Blue Screen of Death error code of whose was 0xc000021a. Something similar to this had happened to me a few years ago as well so I knew if I just restored my PC to an earlier point it would resume working and it did work! or so I thought because after turning my laptop off in the noon, I turned it back on again this evening the same BSoD showed up, so I tried to do a system restore again but this time the save I had used to boot from last time was missing so when I used the later saves, the OS refused to boot. So, I went on to google and youtube and what not and tried all the following methods:

1. Rebuild BCD

2. sfcscan

3. Copy previous registry in Regback folder

4. DISM restore health

5. Tried to boot into safe mode

None of the above methods working for me until I finally decided to boot in using "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" from the Windows Recovery thing that shows up if your automatic repair fails. I was ecstatic when it worked but when I restarted my PC again the same error started to show up again so I tried to boot in using the same "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" option and I was able to boot up windows again.

Now to summarize, here's the problem my machine has decided not to boot up unless I boot up using "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" option from recovery. I've virtually used every other method available to fix this issue of BSoD and nothing works except this. What should I even do now?
