Windows 10: Windows 10 BSOD, wont boot, Admin pw incorrect, unable to reset, wish to save files

Hello, Long story short, my pc bsod and wont boot windows. I go directly to the windows recovery environment where I cant do literally anything without my password, which Ive entered and it says is incorrect its not. Ive tried every pw I've ever used for windows and/or MS account and also tried it blank. I've downloaded the windows 10 installation media tool to a usb where I can boot from and ran chkdsk /f /r and scannowwhich gives an error. I still cant boot and my only other thought was using net user to change the admin password so I can reset but Im not sure I can do that from the boo

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

ughhh! BSOD on boot

I guess my computer BSOD on boot right before getting to windows. not sure what the problem is though, everything is stable.

It gave me a list of two files in windows that could have caused the problems

 

Windows login/pw problem

Windows 10 "incorrect password" message, retried, same thing, reset pw as suggested, still fails. 2 months now, beyond frustrated.
