Windows 10: Windows 10 BtToast.exe - System Error: MSVCR110.dll not found

Error Message: Toast.exe - System Error: MSVCR110.dll not found.Earlier answers all list system requirements that do not include Windows 10, only earlier OS's.

Missing MSVCR110.dll


Can't open my mail because, it says,: MSVCR110.dll is missing...this is after yesterday's upgrade of Windows 10...How do I get that missing .dll?

As per the description of the issue, you're having receiving the error message "MSVCR110.dll has gone missing from your computer" when running CyberLink PowerDVD 17. For us to resolve this issue, we suggest that you download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
Once you're able to download the file, MSVCR110.dll will be saved to your computer. Here are the links where you'll be able to download it:

Missing MSVCR110.dll on windows 10

I upgraded to Windows 10 pro today and got a couple errors, this being one of them. My windows live mail stopped working and I got the error message "MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this program." Re-installing
did nothing. Prior to this fix, from this same link, I downloaded vcredist_64.exe, but still had the problem. I then selected the vcredist_x86.exe and downloaded it. After many attempts to fix this error, this is finally what worked.
