Windows 10: Windows 10 Bubble Screensaver ONLY has blank background instead of the bubbles on the last...

I am copying & pasting a post that was made here about the exact same problem I have. They made this post in 2012, in reference to Windows 8. But here I am on Windows 10 & I'm having this exact same issue. Anyone lend any help about this situation? "When setting a theme, if I choose the bubbles screensaver, when it turns on the screen it is always blue or blank. I can not get the bubbles to float over the chosen desktop picture. Any clue to where my settings are wrong? The preview always shows the desktop background showing. But that is not what happe

Bubbles Sreensaver Not Working, shows Solid background instead of original background

Original title: Bubbles Sreensaver Not Working

I put a the bubbles screensaver on my computer. I expected some nice colourful bubbles over my desktop background. I open change screensaver, and set Bubbles. I press preview, and it's exactly what I expected. However, after applying and pressing OK, and
waiting, the screensaver appears, and it's the Bubbles screensaver, but instead of my desktop background, it shows a solid colour that matches my theme colour as the background! This looks horrible, and I want the background back. Could you help?

 

Screensavers Bubbles - background is faulty

On normal boot screensaver Bubbles runs on background of system settings color.

If the screensaver is run after wake up from sleep it runs on black background.

How can it be soluted?

Where in registry I can found keys related to screensaver settings? Especially the one to
set background to desktop.

I couldn't get that Watch for Idle program to start Bubbles Screensaver in Windows 7 (transparent background) mode, but I wrote a program years ago which does the trick with Task Manager. It is set for 1 minute idle time.
