Windows 10: Windows 10 build 10240 Network Adapter Failed to Start Error Code 10

Hello, every time I cold boot or restart windows I get an error code 10 on Broadcom 802.11n Network Adaptor in Device Manager. I'm forced to disable and then re-enable the Network Adapter. I have resetted my BIOS back to default settings as I thought the laptop was out of IRQ resources to allocate it to the Network Adapter but the problem still persists. Is there a fix/workaround to fix this problem?

Configuration:
320GB HDD Formatted as GPT.
UEFI Boot enabled
Windows 10 Build 10240 clean install with all Windows Updates installed
Lenovo X130e laptop with all drivers installed.

Windows security update

Security updates failed to install because current Windows 10.0 (build 10240) version fails to update to latest Window 10 version. Update error code

0xc1900107. Tried everything trouble shooting, running update manager. Nothing works.

 

Windows 10 Action Center : WiFi Network Adapter Status

Statement of Work :

We are developing a Windows Utility in C# .Net & WPF to control all aspects of a tablet PC like Bluetooth , WiFi , Mobile Broadband , GPS etc.

For controlling the Network adapter state are changing the registry value in Windows registry which is monitored by the driver & accordingly the state of the adapter is changed.

Issue before Windows 10 build 10240

When we disabled the Bluetooth Adapter & WiFi adapter from our app the icons in Windows Action Center for toggling WiFi & Bluetooth are grayed out non functional.

Issue post Windows 10 build 10240

After upgrading to Windows 10 build 10240 the issue with Bluetooth icon graying-out(Inaccessible) is resolved without any code changes.

Issue with WiFi still persists which indicates it was a Windows bug.

We would really appreciate if some support for fixing the issue with WiFi is provided.
