Discus and support Windows 10 build 1703 to 1803 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hi, I have around 300 Windows 10 build 1703 machines laptops / desktops and looking to upgrade to build 1803.     Hi,


    I have around 300 Windows 10 build 1703 machines laptops / desktops and looking to upgrade to build 1803. I have not tested anything just yet but looking to get a heads up here.


    When moving to a new build does windows remove the users favourites from IE?

    Do Windows install applications such as Solitaire?


    As my current build is customised, i think MS will installs applications by default, which is my only worry. I could trash windows on all machines, create a gold image of build 1803 with my customised allowed apps. The only issue i have is having to advise users to backup their personal files.


    Any advise is greatly appreciated.

    The title is wrong.
    It's version 1803, the actual build is 17134.1, at the moment.

    Windows 10 build 1703 to 1803

    My brother has a refurbished 17" HP laptop with Win 10 Home, Version 1703, build 15063.1088, and wants to upgrade it to version 1803.

    My brother's 17" HP laptop (refurbished) has Windows 10 Home, version 1703, build 15063.1088. He would like to have me upgrade it to version 1803 because I have high-speed internet access (he does not). Can it be upgraded to v.1803 directly from v.1703,
    or will it need to be upgraded to v.1709 first? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.
