Windows 10: windows 10 build before 1709

I have an issue where my medion akoya S2218 laptop has lost any and all sound after a windows update, im not positive what caused it but i think it was a windows update after looking online a bit. I tried reloading windows fresh on 1709 and still had the same issue even after updating all the drivers. Im hopefull that a fresh load of a windows 10 build before 1709 will fix it but im still not sure. so if anyone has a safe link to sight for the said build, an iso file or a solution for the issue that im unaware of would be very helpful, thank you.

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.

What is the latest stable build of Win10 ?

If your not willing to run the latest V1803 build then I'd suggest sticking to v1709 from here windowsiso.net pick the one most applicable to you
