    Hi,

    I am trying to use Windows 10 built in driver for HP printer psc 2410. I clicked on "The printer that I want isn't listed" and used Windows Update. But series 2400 is missing from the list - I see series psc 2350 and psc 2500.

    How can I find and install Windows 10 built in driver for psc 2400?

    HP psc 2410 all-in-one printer won't scan

    Eric,

    i saw the message while troubleshooting to "download and install the latest driver from the device manufacturer...". However, the psc 2410 is an older printer/scanner/fax from HP which is not provided with drivers for the newer MS OSs. The canned response
    is to use the drivers contained within the OS itself. Trouble is, those drivers appear to work fine for printing functions but not for scanning. The AIO is not recognized as a scanning option.

    HP psc 2410 all-in-one printer won't scan

    I have the same problem. I'm running Win10 on an HP Pavilion Dv6 trying to scan from an HP psc 2401 photosmart all-in-one printer/scanner/fax/copier. This worked until recently - I was recommended to update software for the Windows Fax & Scan application
    and afterwards, the scanner stopped being recognized by the app. I downloaded and tried the Windows Scan application, but it too, won't recognize the 2410 as an available scanner. Oddly, the printer works just fine. The aio is connected directly to my PC
    via a USB cable. I've tried the troubleshooting routines with no success. I've tried "adding a printer" via the Windows Settings to no avail. Both the Windows Fax & Scan and the Windows Scan applications recognize a newer printer/scanner I have attached
    through my network, but the 2410 is sitting right here - not in another room. What can I check to get it to be recognized as a scanner option?

    Printer is working fine offline. Printer appears under devices. Printer drivers have been updated. Printer will not print.
