Windows 10: Windows 10 built-in hotspot network speed problem

I share Wi-Fi with my phone and laptop via the desktop's Windows 10 built-in hotspot. My phone is iPhone 11 and my laptop is Windows 10. Two months ago, the network speed was normal, maintained at around 120mbps. But now the mobile phone connection speed is only 20mbps, while the laptop connection speed remains normal. I've tried reloading the Wifi driver, but it doesn't work. Can you help me analyze what is the reason for the inversion?

Turned Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot "ON" but not visible on devices..
