Windows 10: Windows 10 Built-in Spell Checker not adding words in apps that I right-click and select...

The most prominent play I've had this problem is on Discord. While the Win 10 Intrinsic Spell Checker does catch and underline spelling errors, 1 Add to Dictionary is not always available in the Right-Click menu, and 2 since the second last Windows Update, it's not adding the word I add to the dictionary to my personal dictionary. The word continues to me marked as misspelled.

Spell Checker not working in Mail or Word Windows 10

The spelling checker is working in my Windows 10 Mail, and gives suggest corrections in a list, but there is no ADD function shown, to add the word to a custom dictionary. Office 365 Spell checker has this capability and saves the 'new' word to 'custom.dic'
and 'roamingdefault.dic. Mail seems to have this function, as the 'misspelt' word is at the bottom of the suggested alternatives but with a + in front of it. I assume this will then add it to a Mail custom dictionary but I can find no reference to what its
file name is or where is it located, so I cannot go and edit it, which I can do with the Office 365 dictionary.

• See if both items are switched on.

My spell checker works for me. And on words with caps on, too. My setting is default (although I have second language installed).
We can go step by step from settings (check language, if spelling language is installed, then Keyboard (under devices) if spell is enabled.
