Windows 10: Windows 10 BURN-IN effect

Hello and peace. I had been using windows 10 since 2015, but not consistently. I had to do revert back to windows 7 every 25 days. I don’t live in an air conditioned roomed with windows and doors closed. I live near the main streets where there is always ongoing traffics, street dogs, and noises. Currently the monitor I am using is a Samsung Sync master 733NW bought in 2009 . This monitor has its own transparency. Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?

• Press Windows + R to open run command.
• Type shell:CD burning.
• Then if any Temporary burn folder is there,delete it and then try burning the DVD and check.

How to burn a document to a cd in windows 10

• Insert CD/DVD.
• Open the CD/DVD drive in File explorer
  icon from the taskbar, copy and paste the required document to the
  CD/DVD drive.
• Click on Burn a Disc.
• Follow on the on screen instruction.
