Windows 10: Windows 10 Business is not activated

I have Office 365 Business Premium subscription. The subscription includes Windows 10 business. I set up Windows 10 according to guide on link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/set-up-windows-devices?view=o365-worldwide. I'm using this computer more than 1 month, but I still see the message "Activate Windows" at the desktop. Activation doesn't work. Troubleshooter doesn't help me. I have the next mistake: 0xC00F213. How to solve it?

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?

If you upgraded to Windows 10 for free and ended up in a non-activated state, try following these steps:
