Windows 10: Windows 10 Calculator not working on second user account

Hi All! I have read a lot about the Windows 10 Calculator issues and none of the fixes I've come across (this site and others) are doing the trick. I tried to "re-register" the apps, but that just grinds for a bit then fails. I can easily access and use the Win10 calc in my other profile, but when I switch users it doesn't even open. I can see it in the Start menu, but nothing happens when I click/select it. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Really, I'm open to anything short of re-installing at this point.

EDIT: I don't want to use a third party solution.

Windows 10 Calculator with more than one user

My Windows 10 computer has the calculator and it works when there is just one user. I then created another Windows user account and calculator works as well for the other user. However, now calculator doesn't work anymore for the original account. For all
I know there may be other programs or apps that might be affected as well but so far I haven't found any, just calculator for now. I then deleted the second user account, restore the settings to an earlier point and then calculator worked again in the primary
user account.

I have set up a second user account 3 times, each with a slightly different method or email or account type and each time calculator works in the new account but no longer works in the primary/master account. When I deleted the second account, calculator
worked again in the primary account.

How can I get calculator to work for more than one account?

I tried the powershell fix I saw mentioned in another post and it doesn't work:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Calculator doesn't start!

I am using Windows 10 and and the calculator is working fine for the root user but when I created another admin account, calculator doesn't open at all.
