Windows 10: Windows 10 Calendar App Issues

Hello all, two quick questions about my Calendar app on Windows 10.


1 Whenever I used to send invites via the Calendar app, it would automatically add a Google Meets Link so we would know what # to dial in. Now it no longer does that for some reason. I've also checked my Google Admin settings to confirm I have "Automatically add video conferencing to events users create" turned on it was never turned off. Any idea why?


2 I also have added more members to my G Suite whose calendars I would like to be able to see on my Calendar app. Right now I only see the 4 people we started with.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

windows calendar is not synching

If the Calendar is not synching in PC I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the
Troubleshooter for Windows App and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 2: If the issue persists, then I suggest you to
remove and reconfigure the account back in the Mail app.


Reconfiguring the account should force it to sync again and resolve the issue.
