Windows 10: Windows 10 camera has horizontal lines and is pinkish

When I opened my laptop today for a meeting, the camera had horizontal lines and the image was a bit pinkish in colour. The camera was also glitching and showing black lines. Please help with that.

We need clarification about your concern when using camera apps on your phone as we are unable to replicate your concern about a white horizontal line showing in front of the camera. Please answer the following:

• In your statement "reset the phone", did you mean that you have performed a hard reset after upgrading your Lumia 535 and the horizontal line is still present?
• We understand that you have used the Windows Device Recovery Tool to restore your phone back to Windows Phone 8.1. Is the horizontal line still present in the default camera app on your phone?

Please provide a snapshot of your phone showing the horizontal line. This should help with our investigation.

Yes, I performed a hard reset and the line is still present. And yes, after restoring it to Windows 8.1 with Windows device recovery tool the line is still present.
