Windows 10, can install on at least two machines?

Hi, I plan on buying windows 10 64bit for my PC, but I would like to know if there was a version somewhere that allowed me to install and activate on at least two machines. An answer to a question in this Amazon link for windows 10 also said that if one where to change a component in the computer where windows is registered, then you could no longer install the OS: https://www.amazon.com/ask/questions/Tx23M49WT1ZX4RI/?

Now I am a PC gamer and do plan on changing things like my motherboard, cpu, video card, etc. Does this mean that I am simply required to buy another copy of windows 10? What if all I changed was something like a video card, ram, another hard drive? What about new motherboard, new cpu, replacement hard drive for the OS, etc? I cannot believe I will simply be locked out for simply replacing a motherboard or new hard drive for the OS adter spending $139.

    :)

Windows 10, can install on at least two machines?

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
