Windows 10: Windows 10 cannot access shared folder on Windows 7

We recently had 2 new computers built in house, both with Windows 10 OS. Our main computer that we use for shared files runs on Windows 7. After connecting both new Win 10 computers to network, one had immediate access to shared files and hasn't missed a beat, however the other one has had trouble from the beginning. I can see all other computers but cannot access shared files. I get the error code 0x80070035. Both New Win 10 computers were built exactly the same. I've tried everything I can find but cannot get this to work.

Can't Access Windows 7 shared folder from windows 10 but can access windows 10 shared folder from win 7

I have two pc one have win7 and another on is win 10 both are connected by LAN.

when I try to access shared folder on windows 10 from win 7 pc it okay but when I try to access shared folder on windows 7 from windows 10 it showing error 'windows can't access......' but when I try to ping command to check connection both are okay.

I have also checked by another win 7 pc to access my shared folder on windows 7 and it is okay.

so basically the problem is

windows7 to windows 7 = okay

windows7 to windows 10 =okay

windows10 to windows 7 = not okay.

is there any way to solve this problem.

Cannot access shared network folders after Windows 10 upgrade

My computer automatically upgraded to Windows 10 (from Windows 7). Prior to the upgrade, there was shared access between a Windows 10 computer and the Windows 7 computer.

Post upgrade, it's now asking me to enter Network Credentials (username and password) to access the previously shared network folder(s).

HELP!
