I know this has been an issue for others since 2015 but I would still like to know why it hasn't been fixed- at least 300 people had the same question since then.

Is there a way to copy swipe documents direct from the pinned task bar to a different folder with out changing the original document like we used to be able to?

    :)

  3. WIndows 10 - Cannot Drag Pinned File from Taskbar to Copy to Location

This is so annoying. Just upgraded to Windows 10 and have since spent half my working day looking for the locations of the files I want to attach to emails when I already have them pinned

Why did you get rid of this?!

And your answer is just a cop out....

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

WIndows 10 - Cannot Drag Pinned File from Taskbar to Copy to Location

    Hello.

On Windows 7, you could right click on the task bar to pull up the pinned menu, then left click+hold and drag (copy) that file to the desktop, new folder, etc. You cannot do this in Windows 10. Is this a feature you have to turn on? If not, please add
this feature back in as it made it easy to copy commonly used files.

Also, in Windows 10, if you right click on the pinned item, then left click on "Copy" and try to "Paste" is somewhere, that doesn't work. In other words, you can't "Paste" the item you "Copied". Would you please fix this is you're not going to re-implement
the convenient drag and drop feature?

    Thank you!
