Windows 10: Windows 10... Cannot open search bar, notification center, calendar, volume, wifi, etc.

I don't know why this keeps happening, but I am assuming it is some sort of corrupted system file. Basically, I cannot do any basic windows functions. I can open any program and use it completely normally, but I cannot use basic windows functions such as calendar, notification center, wifi menu, search bar, etc. The issue&n

Stop action center notifications in Windows 10

  Do you want to stop notifications only from Defender or stop all action center notifications?
  

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

Popup / context windows from taskbar not showing (e.g. calendar, wifi, volume, action center)

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help with this or at least give a clue. For a couple weeks now any windows that are part of the task bar just don't show. This includes action center, wifi sources, calendar when clicking on the date-time, volume mixer, and right clicking
on open application icons.

Some things that DO work are:

- right clicking on volume, wifi, and action center a context menu shows up

- right clicking on taskbar

- clicking '^' to show running background apps

- hovering mouse over open apps to show mini-window

- start menu, search, task-view and show desktop

note: even though I can right click on action center and get a "Open action center" option, clicking on it does nothing.

I'm already going through some trouble shooting steps and will start uninstalling applications next.

I'm very obsessed with window 10 but unfortunately it's been few weeks I have some problem with the start menu, search bar, battery bar, wifi bar, volume bar, notification bar and the calendar bar are not working. And I've search to solve the problem at
google, I've found there are many user facing the same problem like I do. And I tried to solve it by myself by using windowshell or any solution that have been suggested by net but it's doesn't work at all. And somemore my apps store and microsoft edge icon
have gone afterward.. I believe as some of the build-in apps also have disappear at my notebook now.. I start to worried that whether should I downgrade the window 10 and upgrade it back but I worried the problem will still the same. And I really hope that
I can solve the problem as soon as possible because it's quite inconvenience for me do work with my notebook, I couldn't access everything in convenience way, and I'm a PC's lover I worried about my notebook too. From the compatibility center, it's show that
my device are not listed, but when I updating to window 10 it's showed my device was compatibility to update. And this is the information of my device which is [Samsung Notebook Series 3 NP370R4E-A02MY]. Hope can solve the problem soon, thank you.
