    Windows 10 can't boot


    Hello everyone! this problem occurred to me like 2 days ago yesterday, it was really late like past ~1 AM and i tried to do something before i went to bed, but then my internet went out, so i tried fixing it and getting it back up, eventually opening up command prompt to enter a couple commands to fix it, then i tried restarting my computer.Here's the problem, it seemingly got stuck on the "Restarting..." screen for what felt like ~10 minutes, so i tried cancelling the restart, by repeatedly trying to bring up the CTRL+ALT+DEL menu i probably pressed that button combo ~100 times i kinda co
