Windows 10: Windows 10 cant connect to the internet when mobile hotspot is turned on.

I just want to help those who have problems just like mine.I just fixed my problem with the mobile hotspotall I did is uninstalling the update kb5014699.press windows key then type windows update - search for view update history - then uninstall updates - then find the kb5014699 update and uninstall it.after uninstalling the kb5014699, u need to pause windows update so that your computer will not going to auto update the kb5014699.if the error pops up during process, i'm afraid that reformatting your computer is your last option.if u will reformat your c

Projecting to this PC with Mobile Hotspot turned on ?

Hi.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro version 1909 trying to cast my Android phone to Windows 10 with Mobile Hotspot turned on.

The phone is connected to the internet with Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot, but the screen cast is only is working when Mobile Hotspot is turned off.

Is there a way to screen cast with Mobile Hotspot turned on ?

2. Is there some settings like "Allow all Users" when creating hotspot, if so we can try to enable it, then all devices are able to pick up hotspot connection.
   
3. All the devices or only one android device cannot connect the network name of this hotspot? If all the devices can not connect to this hotspot, it may be a problem with creating or sharing hotspots, if only one android device can not connect this hotspot, it may be the settings problem with this android device.
   
4. Is there a device that can find the network name of this hotspot?
   
5. If a device discovers this hotspot, when we want to connect to this hotspot, is there a prompt to verify the network name and password?
   
6. If the android device can connect other wifi or other hotspots, it may be settings problem with this android device.
   
7. We can try to add a hotspot network manually in the android devices, then we view if it can connect the mobile hotspot.
