Windows 10: Windows 10 can't detect my bluetooth speaker after removing it

So I bought this new Bluetooth speaker from miniso I was able to connect it to my laptop before but yesterday I removed it from my laptop... when I try to pair it again earlier... my Bluetooth speaker isn't on the pairing list...my laptop cant detect my Bluetooth speaker I tried to "Add Bluetooth or other device" but my Bluetooth speaker's name wont show up...I also tried restarting Bluetooth support service and change its property to automatic...I also tried restarting my Bluetooth speaker.

Can't select paired bluetooth speaker as sound output (Windows 10)

I just got a new bluetooth speaker, an Urbanears Stammen (concrete grey)

I can connect to it from my phone, using Bluetooth, and play back sound no problem. But I can't get my Windows 10 laptop (Dell XPS 15) to use it as a playback device.

I can connect and pair to it no problem, as you see in the screenshot below





It also shows up under bluetooth in the device manager. It's not listed under "Audio inputs and outputs", which I thought it should be, but I can see it under "Sound, video and game controllers".





But I can't select it as a playback device

And I tried the suggested steps listed there, but nothing helped

Any further ideas I could try?

Bluetooth in windows 10

My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision
