    Windows 10: can’t get into my laptop it says “something happened and your PIN isn’t available”


    I try to click “set up my PIN” and it does nothing. I’m stuck in this.Furthermore I go into startup repair and try to do that but I don’t remember my microsoft account password. So I reset it and restart the laptop and put in my new password but that password doesn’t work?? Please help if you can!
