Windows 10: Windows 10 can't get past lock screen

Hi. Earlier today my browser shut down for some reason. I did a restart of the computer, then for the first time the small window for lock screen password won't come up. The mouse works. Just the background Microsoft photo/wildlife wallpaper shows. I've tried lots of the fixes I found on the internet, but none have worked. I thought maybe the command prompt advice would work but my keyboard doesn't seem to work in the command prompt window I'm writing this from my Windows 11 desktop.Anyone know how to get back into my computer?Thanks.

• When you say that "I can't activate it again.", are you referring that you are not able to Activate Windows 10?
• What are the troubleshooting steps which you have performed to resolve the issue?

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select the lock screen picture.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen option as Windows Spotlight and check if it helps.

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select Windows Spotlight from the list.
