Windows 10: Windows 10 - Can't login into desktop

Hey, so my brother was using his PC for a while and then put it into sleep mode.
After approximately 1 hour he comes back to the computer only to find out he cannot login, "incorrect password".

He NEVER HAD A PASSWORD for his computer, there is only a "login" button and once you press it displays "incorrect password".

Tried to boot into safe mode, no luck either it still says wrong password.

Can't seem to find any solution on the internet AT ALL. Please help.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 Login Crash Loop

• Which screen are you referring to?
• Are you able to login to Desktop?
• Are you able to see the login screen?

The power icon referred in the steps is present at the login screen. If you are able to see the login screen where you enter the password to go to Desktop, then you need to follow those steps. These steps to be followed if you are able to reach to
login screen but unable to go to Desktop.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
