Windows 10: Windows 10 can't seem to execute most tasks that I give it

Discus and support Windows 10 can't seem to execute most tasks that I give it in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; For example, I would right click on Firefox on the taskbar, giving me the frequent sites visited list, and wouldn't respond if I clicked on anything....     Windows 10 can't seem to execute most tasks that I give it


    For example, I would right click on Firefox on the taskbar, giving me the frequent sites visited list, and wouldn't respond if I clicked on anything. Or I would click on the Start button and nothing would turn up. After turning it on and off again with the power button, it would appear. But then I would click on the restart button and the computer would end up being stuck trying to restart indefinitely. So I had to reset the PC again with the power button. Now I'm trying to quick scan it for viruses on Windows Security and the scanner just stopped about 80% in, estimated time remaining frozen,

    Windows 10 commands/shortcuts/env. var.

    I'd like to disable Skype and all the crap that I don't need in windows 10. I've gone through the settings and removed it from the optional program list but I still see Skype and some other executables or processes running in task manager , i'm sure there's a way

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    No restart button in task manager

    another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
