Windows 10: Windows 10 Can't Update

Hello,


Recently, i found my old laptop from 2017 with WIN10.

I wanted to update it, but i ran into problems with updating.

Win10 build 1703

I tried updating with Update from Settings, it reboots and its stuck on that Windows blue logo with no dots spinning,

Windows 10 Update Assistant, same outcome

Windows 10 Media Creation Tool, Downloads actual windows update but stuck after finishing download.

Surprisingly, i found folder in C partition called "Windows10Upgrade".


Can someone help me? Thanks!
