Windows 10: Windows 10: CD automatically ejects when trying to open it

My PC is running Windows 10 and has an optical drive, drive D. When inserting a CD and attempting to open it, the CD automatically ejects and a message appears that no CD is inserted. I've run other CDs without any issue, so what might be causing this problem?

If you're unable to eject your CD by using the hardware button on the drive, you can follow these steps to eject it within Windows:

- Open File Explorer (Windows Key+E)

- Right-click on your CD drive and select Eject.
