Windows 10: Windows 10 “Choose your keyboard layout” boot

Whenever I turn my PC on I get an error message saying “choose your keyboard layout” when I choose my layout it automatically takes me to a screen with 2 options- Turn off your PC or Troubleshoot. When I click troubleshoot, it shows only the advanced options screen. Under this screen there are 6 options. System Restore, Uninstall Updates, System image recovery, startup repair, command prompt and UEFI Firmware settings. Nothing I have tried has worked so far, can anyone help resolve this issue so I can use my PC again?

Windows boots to "choose keyboard layout" screen

Hi, I was recently looking to reset my PC due to me selling it to a friend. I went to fully wipe and reinstall windows 10 but it failed and now whenever I try to turn on the PC it boots onto the "Choose keyboard layout" screen. whenever I try to exit and
continue to windows it just reboots and loads back onto the "choose keyboard layout screen" anyone got any recommendations as to how I can sort this?

Wrong keyboard layout in login page after update to 1607

Hi,

Since the issue reoccurred after updating to anniversary update, I suggest you to reconfigure the QWERTY keyboard layout and check if the same issue persists. This is to check if the issue is with Windows 10 1607 update.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to configure the keyboard layout:

• Open Settings and click on Time and Language.
• Click on Region and Language.
• Add the Country and click on add a language and select the language of your choice.
• This will take time to download the pack.
• Once this is done, Press Windows key + Space and press Space key to choose the keyboard layout.
