    Windows 10 Clean Install Bug


    When I clean install Windows 10, and I have done this multiple times using the most current version, the menu where you turn features on, before you pick your computer username, displays twice. The 1st time you do it, it goes as far right before the menu where you pick your username and my computer restarts. However, the second time you go through the screens, I am able to continue beyond that screen, select my username, and I am able to load into Windows 10 without an issue. Everything is running very smoothly now, so I do not think I will try to reinstall Windows 10 until a new ISO or something comes out. But I was just wondering if this happened to anyone else.

    I purely answered the OP. I have found a clean install to be the best method to get rid of bugs brought on by the upgrade to Windows 10. Since running on the clean install I have no negative comments regarding Windows 10.

    If considering installing Windows 7 I would suggest trying a clean install of Windows 10 first.

    I've performed a clean reinstallation of Windows 10 Insider Preview build 14316. This problem still persists even after performing a clean install.

    This is a bug in this build of Windows 10 and has also been reported by otger users on Reddit.

    This post should be treated as a bug report and not as a support request.
