Windows 10: Windows 10 Clicking and Scrolling problem

I have a 20H2 Windows 10 laptop and I have a issue with it.This issue appeared out of nowhere and I could not find a fix to it.Okay so, every time I boot up windows 10 and do stuff with it for some time, this random annoying problem occurs.For example, on desktop, when I click on another app or just on a empty space in desktop it always clicks the trash bin which is on the left up on my desktop.Or it also always selects the first file on explorer when I click something else.When I click left click on a app, the things are being highlighted from up to down fast and I can't click one of the opti

To stop the download, uninstall the KB3035583 update (under "Control Panel > Windows Update > Installed Updates").


To get rid of the C:\$Windows.~BT folder:

• Right-click on your C: drive.
• Select "Properties".
• Click on [ Disk Cleanup ]
• After the initial scan: If you have a [ Clean up system files ] button, click it and wait for the second scan to finish.
• Scroll down the list and look for "Temporary Windows installation files" (its size should be in the gigabytes range); check the box.
• Click on [ OK ] to start the clean-up.

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.
