  1. Windows 10 clock ahead by one hour after daylight savings time change

My P52 workstation hung last night. I powered off and rebooted this morning. When Windows 10 came back up, the clock in the lower right corner of my screen was ahead by one hour.I was able to fix it with Start > Gearbox icon Settings > Time & Language. I found 'Set time automatically' was on but obviously was not working properly.I toggled 'Set time automatically' off and back on again and the clock then displayed the correct time.I hope this helps other Windows 10 users trudging along in my footsteps.

    :)

  2. calendar changed all my appointments at daylight savings time

Why did the calendar on mu Nokia windows phone change all my appointments to one hour ahead when we changed the clocks for daylight savings time? Is there a setting that I'm missing?

I switched off and on that first one, and turned on the second one. Now my time is correct! Yay. Thanks wannagofast =)

When is the US gonna get rid of Daylight Saving Time?
We don't need that in the current modern days; It is an outdated "idea".

    PS: I analyzed this scenario.
Assuming my settings aren't set to adjust the clock automatically somehow, Microsoft should implement a question on Daylight Saving Time. So, for example, once I turned on the computer today, the computer should've stated that today Daylight Saving Time ends (that the clocks get moved back one hour), and that the computer didn't seem to automatically do that. The computer should've asked if it should turn on that setting to automatically change the clock, if necessary.

Does Apple's iphone 6 change from daylight saving time to standard time automatically? If not, how do I change the clock one hour back?
