Windows 10: Windows 10 colors after turn OFF and ON monitor

Why does monitor having worse colors and brightness after OFF and ON. I explain, when i turn on PC everything is fine, but when i turn monitor OFF and then ON monitor having worse colors. I have two PC, and two monitors, both of them have different GPUs, one PC has RTX 4070 and second one integrated UHD 750 and the same problem on both monitors, both PCs. So i guess the problem is not in monitors or GPUs. By the way when i turn OFF button on the monitor windows sounds like monitor was connected but it actually disconnected and when i turn it ON windows make sound like it was disconnected... I

Awful washed out colors in Windows 10. Happens intermittently

I wonder why nobody has suggested the OP to make a screenshot of display showing these "washed out colors"? Everything I have read in this thread suggests that the issue is not in Windows, but instead in display / monitor.

My suggestion: next time you'll see these washed out colors, make a screenshot and post it here. If the screenshot shows us that colors are OK, then the issue is your monitor failing.

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...

My monitor turns black and white

When I boot up my two-month-old Windows 10, the monitor displays lovely color. As soon as I enter my password and hit enter, the monitor turns black and white. Suggestions?
