Hello there, i got a Dell Inspiron 155000 Series laptop somewhere around January 2018 for my child.

One time, he was playing Minecraft trial on the laptop. Note that i was not present there, my child narrated this to me.

As he was playing, all of a sudden, a disturbing noise blared out of the speakers, and an error screen popped up.

I don't have the screenshot, and he was genuinely creeped out, and he ran into my room, and woke me up and told me everything. And the noise had stopped.

We force-shut down the laptop, and we didn't dare turn on the laptop.

The next day my child booted u the laptop, but it started getting slow and laggy, and when i bought the laptop, it was nice and smooth.

I'm writing this message on that laptop right now.

This BSoD screen is not the one that occurred, this is just how it looked.

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond Windows 10 completely slowed down :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
