Windows 10: Windows 10 Computer Freezing Pls Help

My computer keeps freezing when i log in or even just turn it on and the monitor loadup screen will freeze. I tried to reset my computer and it said there were too many files near the windows file? idk if i need to delete some files because I cant due to the computer just freezing up is there anyway you guys can help me?

Mouse Freezing need help pls.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

I had tried that as well... no result.
