Windows 10: Windows 10 computer is slow

Most of the games in my windows 10 PC is unresponsive, and PC sometimes working very slow but 3 days ago there was no problem in my PC. And for some reason search bar is not working.I scanned my PC with Malwarebytes but it cant find any virus.Specs: Windows 10 version:Windows 10 Pro CPU: Intel Core i5-10300H 2.50 GHZ GPU:Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 4GB RAM:8 GB
